How we handle the personal information you give us on this website, under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
This policy covers bmember.co.za only. Each organisation on bMember, and bMember Health, has its own privacy notice for its members.
Who we are
This website is run by [CLIENT TO CONFIRM: registered legal name of Blue Digital Solutions], Bloemfontein, South Africa ("we"). We are the responsible party for the personal information collected here.

What we collect
- When you use the Talk to us form: your name, organisation, the option you choose under "You are", your email address, your phone number if you give it, and your message.
- If you tick the newsletter box: your consent to receive occasional bMember news by email, and the date you gave it.
- When you call, email or WhatsApp us: your number or address and what you send us. WhatsApp is run by Meta, under its own privacy policy.
The site has no analytics or advertising tags and sets no tracking cookies. If you try a demo association on the home page, your choice is kept in your browser's session storage until you close the tab. It is never sent to us.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to show you bMember. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form.
- To send you bMember news, only if you ticked that separate box. Every email has a way to unsubscribe.
We don't sell your information or share it for anyone else's marketing.
Who else sees it
Our website host and email provider store the information on our behalf. [CLIENT TO CONFIRM: hosting and email providers, whether written operator agreements are in place, and whether any of them store data outside South Africa].
How long we keep it
